Pedagogical Strategies

This InclusiveFuture Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) is designed to combine flexibility, reflection, and collaboration in a supportive online environment. The learning process emphasizes self-directed exploration, peer learning, and ongoing reflection rather than traditional grading. The course follows a pass/fail structure, and the results of surveys and self-assessments are not graded. Throughout the course, you will:

- Engage with video lectures, articles, and other web-based materials introducing each topic.

- Participate in interactive discussions to exchange experiences and good practices with peers.

- Complete self-reflection tasks and self-assessment surveys to monitor your own learning progress.

- Complete two short quizzes and two practical tasks, along with baseline and final questionnaires.

These pedagogical strategies support a reflective learning process in which each participant connects theory with personal practice, develops inclusive and sustainable teaching approaches, and learns collaboratively with others.

No prerequisite knowledge is required for this course, however previous experience in pedagogy and education will be helpful.
